The Claims Adjuster is like the General at HQ with five Captains dispersed along the Front.
The General relies and depends on information from the Captains.
The General is under stress because his or her decisions depend on valid information from the Captains.
Who does the General trust the most? The Captain who consistently sends back valid and reliable information.
Equate the Captain with a doctor who is evaluating and treating the patient and sending and documenting information in the medical records.
Basic meat and potatoes information may be all the same, but some doctors are better informants, better practitioners, and are better in "battle" than others.
The General finds some Captains understand his "pain" and read the terrain better and the General finds he is in synch with some more than others.
Please allow for a little self-adulation but I feel I "make your problem my problem" and read the terrain better, am compassionate to the needs of the patient or my troops, and also recognize the needs of the General.
I will do and act in the general best interest as a loyal trooper.
